Ray Studio is a simple script for creating effect of light rays (or volume light). This script is a some kind of wrapper around standard radial blur filter in GIMP but it allowes to get result for several seconds instead of dozens of minutes. Save layers names into a file called 'gimp-layers' in the chosen directory.

This is a little simple script what helphs to hatching selected area of picture with a pencil-like lines (random noise+moving blur). This script is used in "yet another way" to stylize photo like a drawing. Examples are here,

This is another simple script for edges detection. I like like it much more than standart edge detection scripts, because in case of photo processing it gives results more close to real ones.

After installation, script will be at Scripts/Leon/Morphology edges detection

I'm attached here an example: sources picture and results of Sobel and Morphology edge detection. Each edges are processed: colors inverted, Color-Levels-Auto.

This script is a gathering of several of littles scripts that I wrote.

Effects in this scripts are : Stenope, Sepia, Vintage, Orton, "pseudo-HDR", Infra-red and some others...

These two scripts make Sierpinksi fractals. One does a triangle, and one does a carpet. The attached pictures show what happens when the scripts are run with the default values. You can change the sizes and colors, as wel as making the "holes" in each of the shape transparent.

These two scripts are both found in the Filters -> SambrookJM -> Sierpinksi. No, they're not overly useful scripts, but someone out there may find a use for them.

The Lightbox scripts have been created to make animating 'Frame by frame' easier and more intuitive in Gimp.
It does this by trying to emulate animating traditionally.

The scripts helps organise layers into separate sections allowing Frames, Colour and Backgrounds.
These can all be added and organised from the Animate menu which the script adds.

These layers can then be viewed, composited and exported as an moving animation, .gifs or .tif image sequences for editing.  read more »
