Steganography tool to hide/retrieve text or an image in an image.
Once data is hidden in an image, one can't tell the morphed image from a bunch of others (even similar looking).
Open any image and run Filters>Steganography>Hide to specify an input text file or image[lossless]. This will hide the data within the opened image. You can then save the image as a png/bmp/lossless format.
To retrieve the hidden data, open the image within hidden data. run Filters>Steganography>Unhide and specify the directory to save the retrieved data[output.extension].

These two scripts make Sierpinksi fractals. One does a triangle, and one does a carpet. The attached pictures show what happens when the scripts are run with the default values. You can change the sizes and colors, as wel as making the "holes" in each of the shape transparent.
These two scripts are both found in the Filters -> SambrookJM -> Sierpinksi. No, they're not overly useful scripts, but someone out there may find a use for them.
Enjoy!

Simple console program made by me to automatic generate random gradient in ggr format. Someday I wonted to do this tutorial here: http://www.eyesontutorials.com/articles/5276/1/Photorealistic-Vinyl-Desi... and I could not do it because GIMP does not have a generator of random gradients. Because I know how to programing I decided to write a console program that generates a random gradient for me.
The program is described in Polish and English, and the instructions contained therein is hopefully simple enough that anyone will be able to use this program.

Usually, my work requires frequent duplication of layers and their exact placement on the canvas. However, the Gimp does not have a tool to perform batch processing of images (layers). So, I decided to write a small plugin that solves this problem. And I did it! I hope it will useful for you.... read more »
